How to apply eyeliner:

Start at the inner corner of your eye and gently follow the natural lash line.
For a subtle wing, extend the line beyond the outer edge and turn it slightly upwards.
To create a thicker line, apply more pressure while drawing, or draw a second line on top of the first.
Do not apply to the waterline.
